Strong Stand From 4-Year-Old Man
Youngest Client On Soi Buakhao, Pattaya, Snubs Bar-Girl Chatter!
Last night on Soi Buakhao, while Brazil suffered at the hands and feet of a strong Belgian eleven, I noticed a string of Thai ladies being nice to the youngest client of an open-air beer bar I have ever seen. At four he stood his ground, resoluting refusing to entertain conversation with any of the laughing Thai lasses. Resorting to his little tablet he stared on while the night grew longer and longer. Beers swilled down throats and bar ladies gossiped and served while the half Thai, half farang little ‘un got on with his YouTube or whatever.
Does anyone out there think that pitiful?
Earlier in the evening I’d been entertained by yet another sorry farang who had checked three times that he’d heard the bar fine and the lady-money right. Yes, three times, that’s what he said, but when the business was over, she'd wanted double or naught. He told me she was anorexic, siliconed, rummed, and smelt of smoke.
Now, call me a monkey’s uncle or whatever you choose but I just don’t get it. We’re talking near to 100 euros here (including the drinks) to find yourself mistaken and battling to maintain a price you thought you heard which you didn’t which seemed to you fairly reasonable in the current context of high prices on popular sois with a Thai lady who uses questionable perfume, is in conflict with food, and has her mammaries filled with silicone.
